We are what we eat and sometimes, it’s more about what goes out than in. That’s why we choose to prepare as much as we can in-house, that way we choose what goes out and what goes in. It costs us more, and we have to work harder, but when it comes to your health and our health, we will not compromise. Here’s just some of what we are really proud of.
We let our creative team run wild with the credit card and the blender and wow, did they do a good job of what we humbly think are the tastiest, healthiest smoothies ever. Using ingredients such as medjool dates, carob, kale, cayenne pepper, ginger, goji berries and much more, we just don’t know how to make an ordinary smoothie. This is definitely not your grandfather’s smoothie.
Cold Pressed Juices
Using certified organic and locally sourced produce, we cold press when you order to maximize the nutrients that go into your cup. Nothing is pre-made or from a bottle.
Cold Pressed Tonics
Like a juice, but really concentrated. Cold pressed tonics are made from 100% certified organic vegetables such as kale, spinach, celery, beetroot and ginger that are high in goodness, but low in volume to give you that shot of anti-oxidants and nutrients.
Coffee & Tea
We love coffee, there’s no denying that, and just because we love coffee and our health don’t mean we need to compromise. Coffee beans are amongst the worst culprits in pesticide usage and that’s why we choose to use 100% certified organic Arabica beans from Colombia. The same goes for our range of teas. You also have the choice of many non-dairy alternatives such as almond & coconut milks for your caffeine fix.
This is granola, but not as you know it. Prepared daily with organic medjool dates, goji berries, almonds, coconut and Granny Smith apples, served with yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon. Gluten free and such an awesome start to your day.
Chia seeds are so good for us that we just had to have it made into a pudding! Does it need any other explanation? Filled with berries, carob and more, dairy free to boot!
Served on organic sourdough, you can choose from organic nut butters and other spreads such as coconut raw cacao made by our own chef.
Our salads are made in-house by our chef daily using the best ingredients we can get our hands on. Using a variety of seeds and grains such as quinoa, spelt and more combined with kale, beans, broccoli and other seasonal produce, served in a convenient takeaway mason jar.
Soups, Broths & Stews
We do the classics such as leek & potato, but also really awesome stuff using quinoa, lentils, other ancient grains and more. Now you know what to get on those long dreary days.
Sandwiches & Wraps
Freshly made daily served on organic sourdough or a wrap as a light option, we use ingredients such as poached chicken, confit salmon, kale, sprouts and more. All sauces and chutneys used are made in-house, how great does that sound?
Sometimes you just need that something to get through the late afternoon blues and we won’t judge. We have a selection of muffins, brownies & macaroons, many of which are gluten free & dairy free.
